How do I invite my co-workers to Jive Chime?
Go to the Company Tab and click "Invite" on the top right hand corner and type in the email address of the co-worker you would like to invite.
Why can't I use my Gmail, Yahoo or other personal email account?
We want to make sure that only other employees have access to your Chimes to keep official business secure. Each Jive Chime user is authenticated based on company
email domain to ensure each user gets into the proper Jive Chime network. We realize that some companies use personal email addresses for company email;
unfortunately Jive Chime is not a good fit for those organizations at this time.
My company uses more than one email domain, will Jive Chime work?
Some companies use more than one email domain, (e.g. one per country). Please contact us
for help in configuring your network to support multiple email domains.
Is Jive Chime "officially" supported on my device?
Jive Chime is available on iOS 8 and Android 4.1 or later, but has been tested on the following:

Will Jive Chime be sold?
Jive Chime will remain free to download and to use for employees. However, a paid version ($2/user/month) is available for those companies who would like to sync to a directory file, and add, edit or delete user profiles from a central console.
Are messages stored?
Yes. Messages are stored in the Oregon and Virginia Amazon AWS data centers.
Is my content on Jive Chime secure?
Yes. We use SSL for data transfer and are hosted in the Amazon Web Services data center, meaning we benefit from all of their security certifications. Full details can be found here.
I'm not getting my activation code by email, help!
As a first step, double-check that you've correctly entered your email address. Also check to see if the activation email is being caught
by your SPAM filter. If you still aren't receiving the activation email, please contact us.
If you have control over your email system, you can also try white-listing our email address (email@example.com) or the IP addresses we use for sending
email (184.108.40.206, 220.127.116.11).
